Little and cozy apartment (44 square meters) with capacity for 2 people. It is an apartment in an old fisherman's house adjoining the Palace Robledo (converted military barracks in 1810 by the troops of the French Emperor Napoleon during the War of Independence) . Refurbished in late 2006 were recovered, among other things, stone arches in the walls of the inner perimeter. It is located in the upper-middle part of the historic picturesque fishing village of Lastres (declared historical), looking on Royal Street, the main artery of the old town, and where you perceive the taste of the ancient mariner whalers and spirit of the pirates of the frigate Our Lady of Atocha led by Juan de Abadía in 1677, and of watching the village of Lastres is staggered over the cliff in original configuration and adaptation to the ground presenting a unique urban fabric that characterizes the village . Lastres is built on a cliff and this makes historic houses usually have their entry-level street and the opposite façade facing the sea appear as a second or third floor This is the case of my apartment that it has seperate entrance on its West facade at street level (stoned pedestrian: typical neighborhood of whalers), and looks at the sea from a second floor by its East facade (almost a third floor, due to the slope of the village). From the windows of the facade East is contemplated: the fishing port, the open sea, mountainous part of the coastal profile: Ribadesella and mountains of Sierra del Cuera (Llanes), and saw his Sueve "Picu Pienzu" of 1,160 m height.
